About Our Practice
Feline Articles
1957 - Hospital built by Doctors Reinhart and Stamy of Norway, Iowa.
1963 - Dr. Dean C. Frey commenced practice at the animal clinic.
1975 - Dr. Frey started as sole proprietor.
1978 - Achieved American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) hospital member status.
1985 - Dr. Frey certified as a diplomat of American Board of Veterinary practice.
1988 - New front office addition was added.
1991 - Grooming parlor was added.
1997 - Additional boarding runs were added.
1998 - Addition to laboratory and offices.
2000 - Our patient "Jadapur's Uncle Tom" a Seal Point Birman owned by Sue Feldman
             won the American Cat Fancy Association's: Best Alter in the US and Canada.
2001 - Our patient "Barkley", a Bassett owned by Kathy French,  won Award of Merit
            at the Westminster Dog Show.
2003-  Dr. Frey retired from practice. Dr. Ryan Steen is the new owner of Frey Pet Hospital, PLC.
2006- Dr. Steen is the President of the Eastern Iowa VeterinaryMedical Association.  He has also
          been elected to Executive Board of the IVMA
